How do I change my personal details?

You can update your phone number(s), and email address instantly on the mobile banking app. Simply log in and tap the three blue lines in the top-left corner to open the menu. Then tap ‘Settings’, choose ‘Personal Details’ and follow the instructions.

For security reasons, you will have to visit a branch to change your name.


How do I manage my overdraft?

If you have an arranged overdraft, you can see how much of it is left. Simply log in to the mobile banking app, and you will see your ‘Overdraft remaining’ on your account overview page.

The latest versions of our mobile app can be found in the and Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 

  • iOS version 5.8
  • Android version 5.8

We recommend turning on automatic updates for your apps to ensure you always have the latest version. We want to make sure you have the best experience, so if you are using an older version of our app you may be asked to update to the latest version before logging in. 

Mobile Operating System 

To use our app you’ll need have a device running iOS 12, or Android 8.0 and above. Please make sure you have updated to the latest operating system version available to you. Updates can be found within the settings menu on your device. 


We try to make sure that our mobile app works well with as many possible, however it’s possible that you may experience issues if you are using a less common phone.
