All TSB Mastercard® credit cards are eligible.
Most common transactions including balance transfers earn an entry into the draw. The exceptions are cash withdrawals, fees, payments to other accounts, and payments for betting or trading. Also ineligible are pending, disputed, refunded or rejected payments. Each transaction gives you one entry, up to 20 entries per month.
Winners will be drawn randomly by the 30th of the following month and winners will be emailed directly by the end of each month, so make sure the contact details we hold for you are up to date.

First prize winners will be notified of their prizes within 7 days of the draw taking place and will have 7 days from notification to respond to an email sent by Big Group to accept their prize. Runners up will be notified within 30 days and will have 7 days from notification to accept their prizes. A representative from TSB will attempt to telephone first prize winners and they will also be contacted by Big Group by telephone and email from biggroup.co.uk.
