There are lots of different reasons you might need us to work with you differently - either in the short term or permanently. For example, you might need extra support banking with us because of your physical or mental wellbeing, or because of a life event you’ve experienced, or if you find yourself in a vulnerable situation. To discuss how we can tailor our support for you, or to tell us about your individual needs, talk to a TSB Smart Agent using the blue tab on the right (selecting the ‘Personal Accounts’ option), phone your local branch, or call us on 03459 758 758. Helping you to manage your money in branch, online or by phone

You can allow a trusted family or friend to withdraw money from your account on your behalf. Set up third party access​

Support with a life event such as:

  • Memory impairments

  • Chat to us about your tailored support needs, click the ‘chat to us’ button on the right hand side of your screen.

Help with a long term illness

  • Cancer
