We’ve agreed aims for each pillar; with measurable targets to help us achieve them over a period of three years. These targets will make sure we deliver on the overall programme as well as build on what we already do.
Since the Do What Matters Plan launched in July 2020, we’ve made a strong start. In the last six months, it’s been embedded into every part of the business and we’ve achieved 10 out of 20 of the goals we set ourselves, which means we’ve now committed to an updated set of goals for 2021 and targets within the overall business strategy. This report outlines our progress and we look forward to providing a further update in the first annual DWMP report due this Summer.
