TSB updates two-year and five-year fixed rate mortgage range

TSB has reduced its two-year fixed rate, 90-95% LTV, for residential house purchase borrowers by 0.20%.

TSB has also increased fixed rates by up to 0.20% on the following mortgages:

  • Five-year fixed, 0-60% LTV, for residential remortgage borrowers – rates increased by 0.10%.
  • Five-year fixed, 60-75% LTV (with £995 fee), for residential remortgage borrowers – rate increased by 0.20%.
  • Five-year fixed, 60-75% LTV (with no fee), for residential remortgage borrowers – rate increased by 0.10%.
  • Two-year fixed, 0-75% LTV (with no fee), for buy to let remortgage borrowers – rates increased by 0.20%.
