Report a card loss or a suspicious email

  • If your card has been lost or stolen, you must call us immediately on:

Order cards, PINs, cheque books and more

  • If your card is due to expire you should automatically receive a replacement one. If you have not received it, either:

    Log in to Internet Banking and in the 'Your account tools' section select 'Replacement cards and PINs'.  Log into Internet Banking

  • You can order a new cheque book or paying-in book quickly and easily using our online form. Your new cheque or paying-in book will be posted to you within four working days.
