We want everyone to have the best service possible when banking with us. To help with this, our website, app, phone system, and branches all have accessibility tools that make our service easier to use.
The TSB app
We’re working on making our app as accessible as possible.
The app can be used with many of the existing accessibility tools on your device. You may find issues with outdated pages or PDF documents. We’re working on improving these.
It’s available on Android and iOS and works across a wide range of screen sizes.
Most of the app works with magnification and voiceover tools.
We designed our website to be simple and understandable.
All our links have descriptive names, telling you where they go.
You can use screen readers to listen to most of the website.

You can use BT RelayUK by adding 18001 to the start of our numbers.
Or communicate with us using sign language with our SignVideo service, available from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

We’re constantly improving our branches to make them more accessible for customers with disabilities. This includes:
All our branches have induction loops fitted in the secure cash areas and our ATMs are audio enhanced.
Most have level access or wheelchair ramps, but if steps are unavoidable, there are lifts and call assistance bells available.
We’re adding low-level counters and queue rails, and we’re also looking at repositioning our cash machines for better wheelchair access.
There may be all sorts of reasons you might need us to work with you differently, either in the short term or on a continuing basis. Visit our support page for people in a vulnerable situation.
