TSB welcomes new HR Director

TSB today announces the appointment of Liz Ashford as HR Director (subject to regulatory approval).

Reporting directly to Debbie Crosbie, TSB’s CEO, Liz will join the TSB leadership team.

Liz joins TSB from Aviva where she was Global People Director, Aviva Investors and a member of the Executive team for the Investor business since 2014.  Liz brings significant experience leading change and business transformation gained from a career that has spanned financial services, as well as retail and utilities sectors. This includes investment banking at both HSBC and ABN AMRO, the private bank Kleinwort Benson, the energy company Essent (part of RWE), Harrods and most recently at Aviva.

She is expected to join TSB in the late summer.  Until she arrives, Rachel Lock the current HR Director, has agreed to stay on to ensure a smooth handover.  Rachel’s planned departure from her role as HR Director at TSB was announced last year on 24th August 2018.

Liz is married with three daughters and lives in Surrey.
