TSB increases selected two-year and five-year remortgage fixed rates

TSB has increased fixed rates by up to 0.20% on the following remortgage products:

  • Two-year fixed, 0-85% LTV (with no fee) for residential borrowers – rates increased by 0.20%.
  • Five-year fixed, 75-80% LTV for residential borrowers – rates increased by up to 0.20%.
  • Two-year fixed, 0-60% LTV (with no fee) for buy-to-let borrowers – rate increased by 0.20%.

The three-year fixed, 0-90% LTV for residential borrowers, is no longer available.
