TSB Extends Mental Wellbeing Support To Friends And Family Of TSB Colleagues Through Partnership With Unmind

13th November 2020

Earlier this year, TSB partnered with Unmind - a confidential workplace mental health platform - to support its employees’ mental health and wellbeing. TSB is now taking that support even further by introducing ‘plus one’ – so TSB employees can choose someone close to them to benefit from their tools for free, too.

A ‘plus one’ can be a friend, family member, a friend of a friend, anyone that could benefit from access to these tools and support.

The Unmind platform means all TSB colleagues and their ‘plus one’ will have free and unlimited access to tools and resources for a better, healthier mind. It includes a variety of features based on the latest cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology practices.

Liz Ashford, TSB’s Director of HR, said: “We should not underestimate the mixing bowl of emotions everyone is experiencing now, and unfortunately not everyone will have access to the support they need. The recent launch of Unmind has been used by almost a third of TSB colleagues and, as we experience a second lockdown across England, we are extending Unmind to help cultivate strong support networks for our colleagues’ loved ones.”
