Josie Clapham appointed TSB Chief Customer Officer

TSB have appointed Josie Clapham as its Chief Customer Officer, subject to regulatory approval, becoming a member of the TSB Executive Committee.

Josie Clapham biography

Josie joined TSB in June 2026 from Santander UK where she previously led the Customer and Business Banking function. Prior to Santander UK, Josie has over 25 years’ experience of leading customer, digital and transformation programmes in HSBC and Barclays.
