Prize draw details
- £25,000 cash prize to turn your home into a dream home, or to spend on anything you’d like
- Prize draws will be in July and October 2026, and in January 2027
- Two winners every draw, one for existing TSB mortgage customers and one for new mortgage customers (which includes additional borrowing)
- You’re automatically entered into the prize draw if you already have a TSB mortgage, complete on a new mortgage, or take out additional borrowing between 1 April and 31 December 2026
Eligibility criteria
- You must hold a TSB mortgage or complete on a new mortgage between 1 April and 31 December 2026
- Buy-to-Let and Consent-to-Let mortgages are excluded from this prize draw
- You must be 18+ and a UK resident

All existing TSB mortgage customers, and new customers with a mortgage or who take additional borrowing.
You’ll also need to:
- Have a mortgage balance over £25,000
- Be up to date with your mortgage payments
- Not to have exceeded your mortgage term
- Not have a Buy-to-Let or Consent-to-Let mortgage
Customers with a Whistletree mortgage are also included.
If you’re a lucky winner, we’ll get in touch within a month after the draw for that quarter. We’ll let you know either by email, or a member of staff from your local branch will call you.
To opt out of these prize draws, let us know using the opt out form.
If you fit our eligibility criteria above, then you’ll be auto enrolled. Please let us know if you want to opt-out of the prize draws.
Yes, if you want to use the prize money to make an overpayment on your mortgage there won’t be an early repayment charge. We’ll also make sure it doesn’t affect your usual overpayment provisions.
Yes, you can only win once in our mortgage prize draw. You may still be eligible for other prize draws we run.
No, you don't need to be a digital banking customer to be entered.
