TSB’s Pay Gap 2026

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • TSB serves communities across the UK, bringing Money Confidence to everyone. Every day.
  • We want to ensure we are as diverse behind the scenes as our customers are.
  • We are proud of our senior gender balance and the progress made to build a more ethnically diverse business, exceeding our goals on both, whilst maintaining representation across our other diversity goals.
  • As TSB becomes part of Santander UK, we’re committed to bringing the best of both organisations to the benefit of colleagues. We remain focused on creating a workplace where everyone has opportunities to develop, progress and succeed, and we’re confident in the strong foundations established at TSB.

Reducing Our Pay Gaps: We measure pay gaps based on gender, ethnicity and disability. We remain committed to transparency and to building a workforce that reflects our customers at every level of TSB.

Gender: This is the tenth year TSB has published its gender pay gap, and this year there is a 3.2% reduction year on year. When we signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in 2017, we had 36% female representation in senior roles. As of July 2026, female representation in senior management is 43%, exceeding our 2025 Charter target of at least 40% and we are proud that our most senior leaders (ExCo and their direct reports is at 47% as of July 2026). Additionally, 12% of senior women describe their ethnicity as Black, Asian or minority ethnic. The improvement reflects longer-term changes in the shape of our workforce with representation of women at senior levels improving over time.

Ethnicity: This is the sixth year TSB has published its ethnicity pay gap, and this year there is a 3.4% reduction year on year. This continues the positive trend seen in recent years and reflects sustained action to improve representation, progression and data quality. As of July 2026 Black, Asian and minority ethnic colleague representation is 20% against our 2026 target of 14% and Black representation is 3.4%, exceeding our target of 3%. Black, Asian and minority ethnic senior leadership is now 13%, exceeding our 10% goal.

Disability: This is the second year TSB has published its disability pay gap. Despite an increase of 3.6% this result is alongside strong colleague data disclosure of 85%. As of July 2026, 20% of colleagues have disclosed a long-term health condition or disability, which is higher than our representation goal of 19%.
