Director of Compliance and Regulatory Oversight

Suzanne Nims was appointed Director of Compliance and Regulatory Oversight in May 2023 and joined ExCo in October 2026. Suzanne has over 25 years of risk and compliance experience in different organisations (including regulators) across several disciplines including enterprise risk, internal audit, conduct risk and credit decision systems. She is accountable for oversight of compliance, data privacy, conduct and regulatory risk and is TSB’s key interface with the FCA and PRA.

Suzanne is leading 2nd Line oversight of the TSB & Santander UK integration for both banks.
