Jodie leads the Customer Service channels and operations across Retail and Business Banking. Jodie has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services across change delivery, data operations, customer channels and operations across both Retail and Business. Prior to joining TSB, Jodie worked at Barclays, where her most recent role was the Director of Digital Operations.

Jodie is a Trustee at Alrewas and Fradley Charities, a small Staffordshire based charity that offers needs-based assistance to the local community by providing support and donations to individuals experiencing hardship or in need.
