Daryl Brookes

Chief Information Officer

Daryl Brookes was appointed TSB’s Chief Information Officer in October 2026 after joining the bank in early 2023.

He is a member of the Executive Committee, leading on technology and our plans to harness it to deliver even more for our customers.

Daryl has worked for 40 years in the IT industry, starting out in IT consultancy and support roles. He has spent the last 26 years in senior technology leadership roles in financial services organisations including Barclays, HBOS, Lloyds Banking Group, Zurich, Nationwide, Metro and Santander, and has led large-scale technology integration and change programmes.

Daryl has an MBA and is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society.
