Josie was appointed TSB Chief Customer Officer, subject to regulatory approval, in June 2026.
Josie joined TSB in June 2026 from Santander UK where she previously led the Customer and Business Banking function. Prior to Santander UK, Josie has over 25 years’ experience of leading customer, digital and transformation programmes in HSBC and Barclays.
