When you register, we’ll ask you for:

  • your personal details
  • your account details

Log in details

You’ll then create your unique UserID and password, before reviewing our terms and conditions.

Security check and start

For security reasons, we verify your identify either by phone or by post.

To complete your registration, you'll need to set up your memorable information via Internet Banking.

Step 4 

You’re in. 

You can also use these details to log in to our Mobile Banking App.

This means we may need to send a One Time Password to your phone, before you can use certain services in Internet Banking or when using your credit or debit card online. Just log on to Internet Banking and select ‘Change Details’ at the top right of the page.
