Cancel a Direct Debit

Follow these steps to cancel a Direct Debit using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Login and tap the payments tab, then tap ‘Scheduled Payments’.

Step 2

Tap the Direct Debit you want to cancel

Step 3

Tap ‘Cancel’ to delete the Direct Debit
