We’ll try to answer your comments and queries as soon as we can during these hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10pm.
If you’re posting, however, please follow our guidelines:
- Be nice
Speak to others as you’d like to be spoken to - especially if you happen to disagree. We don’t like to see abuse, inappropriate language, aggression or bullying, and we may remove comments of that type from our pages. If someone posts unacceptable content repeatedly, we may have to block them.
- Be careful
Your privacy is important to us so please be careful not to post any personal data about yourself or others. If you do post information that might identify people, we’ll ask you to delete it, or remove it ourselves. - Be relevant
Please stay on topic – that is, posting comments and questions about TSB. Just so you know, you are more than welcome to send constructive criticism – it can help us improve our service to you.
- Avoid posting this kind of content
- With overt religious or political bias
- That’s repeated or aggressive (ie spamming)
- With unverified or false claims (ie misinformation)
- With images missing consent from the individuals featured
- That impersonates other brands or individuals
- That contains licensed or copyrighted material
We won’t respond to these types of comments and may block and report users who repeatedly post them.
