You don’t need to do anything
You can continue to bank with us as you normally do. Santander and TSB are working together to create better banking for customers.
There’s no change to:
- Account numbers, sort codes, cards, and PINs
- Direct Debits and standing orders
- Digital, telephone and branch banking
- Customer service and support
- FSCS protection up to £120,000 per eligible customer, per bank
- Our contact details and how we contact you
Watch out for fraud
Criminals may try to steal your money or personal information.
We will never:
- Ask for your password, PIN, or login details
- Ask you to move money to keep it safe
- Tell you to download any new apps related to TSB joining Santander
- Use urgent language like “act now” or “your money is at risk”
- If in doubt, call 159 to securely connect you with TSB
