Chief Customer Officer (Interim)

Craig was appointed Chief Customer Officer (Interim) in March 2026.

Craig joined TSB in March 2025 and previously led the Secured Lending function, with responsibility for Mortgages, General Insurance Products, Mortgage Distribution and Lending Value Stream teams.

Prior to TSB, Craig has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry with Virgin Money, Alliance & Leicester (now part of Santander), Barclays and NatWest.
