Setting up a new
standing order
Go to your account overview
After signing into the app, find your current account and tap on the blue panel to view the account details screen.
Find standing orders
Swipe left on the transactions list until you see your standing orders.
Tap on Set up standing order.
Complete all details
Enter details of how much you want to pay, the date of the first payment, how regularly you want to make a payment and any reference you want to attach.
Review and confirm
Double-check the information in the summary screen and tap Confirm.
Select a number for us to call
Pick from the numbers we have for you, tap Next and then Call me now.
Note authentication number
Remember the four digit number shown and when we call, start your keypad and enter the code.
Hang up
When you’re informed that it’s worked, you can hang up and return to the app.
