Our service

Since our IT change last year, we are confident that the platform is delivering real benefits for our customers and, importantly, enabling us to support more customers and local businesses right across the UK.

Encouragingly our most recent customer survey in May 2019 indicates that 84% of customers rate the service they received from TSB as ‘good’, ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.*

* Results from TSB’s internal retail customer feedback survey, which is run continuously, with monthly reporting based on at least 1,500 online and telephone survey responses per month.
