Have you registered for TSB Business Internet Banking?

If you registered for Internet Banking as part of your TSB Business current account application, you’ll be sent an activation code by SMS in the next 7 working days. If you haven't registered for Internet Banking yet, visit tsb.co.uk/business/useful-information/internet-banking/ to get started.

Revenu FAQs

Revenu is an app that helps you get paid. Once set-up, you’ll be able to send a payment request straight to your customers via SMS, WhatsApp or email or show them a QR code. Once they authenticate the payment, you’ll get the money into your bank account.

Your first 12 months are free with unlimited use. When your 12 months expires, you’ll be asked to pay a £5 subscription fee in advance for each 30-day period. You’ll receive a payment request from BankiFi Technology Ltd via Request to Pay. You have the option to decline the payment and opt out of the service within the app. If you opt out, you’ll still be able to view and receive payments for requests you’ve already sent. There are no contractual commitments.

You’ll need a valid mobile number and email address for the app to work. You’ll also need to register for TSB Internet Banking to connect the app to your TSB business current account. Once connected you’ll be able to receive payments from your customers. Follow the steps at the bottom of this page to get started.

Yes. The app doesn’t make the payments for you, it sends the payment details to your payer who will then make the payment. Payments are processed through Open Banking payment initiation services operated by Moneyhub Financial Technology Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Yes. The main functionality of the app is to send Requests to Pay and this doesn’t require a linked accounting package. If you do want to link an accounting package in the future, your invoices and payments will be reconciled between the app and the accounting package saving you time on admin.

The app requires iOS version 14 and upwards, or Android version 9 and upwards.

You should see the money in your linked account as soon as your customer has made the payment.

If you no longer want to use Revenu, you can unsubscribe from the service by emailing revenu.support@bankifi.com

If you are an unlimited partnership, you can sign up by choosing the sole trader option. If you are an LLP, you’ll need to choose the Limited Company option.

Your privacy
If you click through to the App Store, you will be leaving TSB’s website. The Revenu app is provided by BankiFi and if you download and sign up for the Revenu app, you will be entering into a relationship with BankiFi. Your use of the Revenu app is subject to BankiFi’s own Terms of Use and Data Privacy Notice which BankiFi will share with you when you access the Revenu app. We recommend that you read those documents before providing BankiFi with any information.
 
TSB will not share any of your personal or other information with BankiFi. We will receive some information from BankiFi (including your business name (if provided); email address; mobile number; the name of any linked accountancy package; and information about how your business uses the Revenu app).
