Updating your business account details

It’s important that the details we hold for you and your business are up to date. This ensures that your account operates as smoothly and securely as possible and allows you to apply for additional products such as Fixed Rate Bonds.

If you’ve recently applied for a new product or we have asked you to update the details we hold, please read the information below carefully.

You can request the form from this page and the first step will be to provide your email address. After that has been done you will receive the forms to update your business details.

The form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, depending on the amount of information we need from you. And because there isn’t the ability to save and resume the form, please make sure you have the following information to hand:

  1. Your Business Details - for example your registered and trading addresses. You’ll also need to upload a document showing ‘proof of trading’ dated within the last 3 months, and ‘proof of partnership’ if applicable.
  2. Business Activity – the nature and purpose of your business including turnover, and if applicable, professional body registration details.
  3. People Manager Information – details of you and other key people within your business.

What you will need to complete the form:

  • Hold a key position within the business or organisation (such as director, partner or sole trader) with authority to complete the form.
  • Up to date and relevant information registered with Companies House (if applicable). Incorrect information is likely to cause delays updating your details.
