Telephone Banking for Business is a fast, efficient, and simple way of banking that will meet the needs of your business.

Before you can use Telephone Banking, you’ll need to register. Existing business customers can do this easily and quickly through our online form.

What can I do with Telephone Banking for Business?

Calls to Telephone Banking for Business are included in the normal cost of your calls.

We have a team of advisors on hand to take calls between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays (excluding UK Public Holidays). And you can do your day-to-day business banking around the clock with our automated service, including:

  • Check your balance and recent transaction
  • Transfer money between your own and other UK bank accounts
  • Paying your bills
  • Cancel or hear details of your Direct Debits and standing orders
  • Order a debit card or a replacement

Choosing levels of responsibility

You can nominate users from within your business and give them different levels of responsibility over your Business bank account. This gives you, your staff, partners or directors individual access with their own password log on. There are two levels of responsibility:

This user is able to do basic banking admin tasks, such as:

  • Checking the balance of your business accounts
  • Stopping cheques
  • Ask about bill payments
  • Ask about standing orders and Direct Debits
  • Ask for information about other services

These users can do everything included for Enquiry Only users, plus:

  • Transfer money between TSB Business accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Set up, cancel or change standing orders
  • Cancel Direct Debits
  • Order cheque books
