Easily keep on top of what’s come in and what’s gone out of your account with our business banking app, a quick and secure way to view your TSB business accounts 24/7.
Our app will let you view your accounts and their balances as well as all of your business transactions. The app works with Business Internet Banking so that you can safely setup:

  • new UK recipients
  • new Standing Orders
  • new International Payments recipients

The app comes with enhanced security, including fingerprint & Face ID login on compatible devices. You’ll also be able to register multiple devices, no more forgetting your device at home or the office.

To keep your business running smoothly, download the app now. Here’s how:

Download and activate

Our app is available now on iOS and Android. Search for “TSB Business Mobile app” in the App Store or Google Play or follow the links below using the device you wish to download the app onto.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, open it and enter:

  • your user ID
  • password
  • three characters of your memorable information

You’ll then need to select a number for us to send you a one-time password by text or phone call to activate your app. If your phone numbers need updating, you can do this with Business Internet Banking. Just log in and go to 'Change details', 'Change phone number' and type in your latest details.

Once you've setup your device, you'll then only need to enter three characters of your memorable information to get into the app - or just your fingerprint or Face ID if you've got this setup.

Yes. You can use the same device to log into Business Internet Banking via the internet browser and then download and use our business banking app.

If you’ve recently registered for Business Internet Banking, you’ll need to download the app on an iOS or Android device and follow the instructions at tsb.co.uk/businessapp to activate it. To download the app search for “TSB Business Mobile” in the App Store or Google Play.

You can use the app to view your account balances and transactions. You’ll also need to use the app when setting up new UK recipients, standing orders and international payments in Internet Banking.

You will be able to use the app on any recent iOS or Android device, including your own personal device.

Go to the ‘Log in’ page at tsb.co.uk/business and choose ‘Having trouble logging in?’. Follow the instructions on screen to reset your details. This should only take a couple of minutes.

Our business banking app is just for your TSB Business accounts. If you’re also a personal customer you can access your personal TSB accounts as normal using the TSB mobile app or by logging in at tsb.co.uk

The app is a secure and easier way of viewing your balance, transactions and authenticating new transactions. It can only be used by you. And access can be blocked immediately if you lose or replace your device by calling us on 0345 835 3844. You can also log in using the fingerprint recognition feature, if your device supports this.

You need to be connected to the internet via WiFi or 3G/4G to use Business Internet Banking or when using our app.

Yes. The app won’t affect any of the services you use on Business Internet Banking or Internet Banking.

We know most of our customers own an iOS or Android device but there may be a small number of customers with other types of device. If this applies to you, get in touch on 0345 835 3858 and we'll do our best to help.

We’re currently working on this, soon you’ll be able to transfer money between your TSB business accounts and pay existing recipients.

To enjoy the latest features of our app, you’ll need to upgrade to the latest version. You can tell what version you have or check if an update is available by going to the App Store or Google Play. You'll only be able to view your business accounts, to see your personal accounts you’ll need to use our personal banking app.
