To keep you safe when using Internet Banking or our Mobile App, we sometimes need to send you a One Time Password (OTP) to verify it’s you doing the transaction.
From 22 April 2018, we’re changing the way we do this to bring you a better banking experience. We’ve outlined below the new process.
We’ll still send your One Time Password to one of the numbers you’ve registered with us. You’ll need to enter it on Internet Banking or the mobile app when requested.
For UK mobile numbers, we’ll now send you a text with your One Time Password.
For landlines and other numbers, we’ll now give you a call and read out your One Time Password.
We’re open anytime and anywhere. Take care of your day-to-day banking when you need to.
