What's new

As well as all the features you're used to, the new app helps you to do more.

Use your fingerprint to log in
Log in effortlessly and securely using your device's fingerprint sensor (if it has one).

Manage regular payments
Set up and amend standing orders within the app and cancel direct debits without having to plan time at the computer.

Spending abroad
Our handy currency converter tool gives an idea of how much foreign transactions made on your TSB cards will cost you.

Our new app is quite different to the one you might have used before. Take a look at our guide to what you’ll need to do when you use it for the first time

To use the new app, you'll need to be registered for Internet Banking and have your login details to hand. You'll need your:

  • User ID
  • Password and
  • Memorable information

Now Delivered

Working in partnership with you, our customers, means making sure you can bank with us in the way that works best for you.

This is why we’re going to keep working on our mobile app, adding new features and improving current ones in each of our regular releases. Here are some of the things we’re working on at the moment.

Pay a credit card
We know that at the moment it can be a little tricky to find out how to pay money off your credit card using our app. So, in September we are introducing our new “pay your credit card” feature to make this a lot easier for you.

Samsung Pass
If you have a Samsung S8 or S8+ phone, from September you’ll be able to use the latest technology. It’s called Samsung Pass and it means you’ll be able to just look at your phone to log into our app and authorise transactions. Sounds sci-fi, but it’s a secure, quick and natural way to use your app.

Account list
In a hurry? From September, you’ll be able to quickly view all of your account balances on one simple summary page when you first log into the app.

Transaction list
Checking your transactions will get a whole lot easier from October when we introduce our redesigned transaction view. We’ve listened to you and we’re making debits and credits clearer, as well as showing your updated balance and date on the transaction view. We’re also starting to add in logos for all of your favourite places to shop – more to come in future releases!

As well as adding in new features, we’re also listening to your general feedback.

For example, you helped us recognise that our app is a bit battery hungry, so we’re very happy to tell you that we’ve put our app on a diet, the benefits of which you’ll see after our September release.
