If you’re a Premier customer we’ll help you manage and monitor your credit profile and spot the early warning signs of identity theft.

Your credit profile is continuously monitored for you by a leading credit reference agency, TransUnion, who will warn you of any significant changes so you can take action if you suspect fraud.

ID Aware gives you the tools and services to minimise your risk of identity theft and put mistakes on your credit right.

  • A credit monitoring service that sends timely texts or email alerts when any credit is taken out in your name or your credit profile changes significantly.
  • Unlimited access to your credit report online or by post whenever you need it.
  • A quarterly credit statement including a summary of activity on your credit profile and a report on your credit rating on how to improve it.
  • Access to a team of specialists who will take control if you've been a victim of fraud as well as the option to have a personal identity theft risk assessment.

How do I register for ID Aware?

The registration form you need to activate this service will be sent to you, along with your ID Aware welcome pack within 15 days of opening your Premier Account. When we receive your completed registration form and we confirm your identity, your service will be activated and you'll receive your first credit report within 5 days.

How do I view my credit report online?

You can access your ID Aware credit report through Internet Banking. Click on the log in button below and go to the 'Benefits' tab on your Premier Account statement. In your list of benefits you'll see 'ID Aware' with a link through to your credit report.
