Message for Flybe customers

Flybe have announced they’ve entered administration. As a result, all flights or holidays provided by Flybe have been cancelled. 

Already abroad or have a future booking? 

  • If you are due to fly with Flybe you must not travel to the airport, unless you have alternative flights with another airline booked.
  • For more information, you can phone Flybe on 0207 951 7801 or email flybeadministration@uk.eu.com. You can also visit the Civil Aviation Authority website for more information.
  • If you have a booking sold by another airline that includes travel with Flybe, you should contact the relevant airline or travel agent.

If you have TSB Travel Insurance provided by Aviva Insurance Limited, you may be eligible to submit a claim. Please call us on:

If you did not purchase a package holiday or do not have travel insurance cover, and made payments by your credit card: 

You may be eligible to make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

If you did not purchase a package holiday or do not have travel insurance cover, and made payments by your debit card: 

You may be eligible to make a claim under the chargeback scheme – please submit your claim as soon as you’re able to.
