Following the problems some of our customers experienced as a result of our systems update in April 2018 we’re completing the work of putting things right for you and have resolved the majority of customer concerns, ensuring no one is left out of pocket and no complaint goes unanswered.

Although our customer satisfaction scores dropped after our systems change in April 2018, encouragingly our most recent customer feedback survey from January 2019 indicates that 68% of customers are satisfied or completely satisfied with TSB’s Business Banking services*.

TSB is committed to supporting the smaller, independent businesses of Britain because we believe they play a vital role in the success of our communities, right across the UK. We are investing heavily in business banking and one of the reasons we moved to our new system was to help deliver better products and services for our customers.
