We’re following the latest government guidance. In Scotland and Wales you’re required by law to wear a face covering in our branches. In our branches in England, we ask that you consider wearing a face covering for your visit, as this does protect others, who may be feeling vulnerable. We appreciate there will be circumstances when this isn’t possible, and we’ll be mindful of when this happens. For example, you may not be able to wear a face covering due to a physical or mental illness, impairment or disability. Similarly, if you need one of our Partners to temporarily remove their face covering to help you communicate with them, we can do so. We may also ask you to temporarily remove your face covering for ID purposes.
Thank you for remaining considerate of others and keeping yourself safe at this time.
Where possible, please try to complete your everyday banking using the TSB Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking. You can also chat to us in the Mobile Banking App, or use our automated web chat service which you can find on the Help and Support page. It’s often quicker, especially for those easy to do transactions.
You can also speak to us by phoning your local branch during branch opening hours. Use the branch locator below to find our opening hours and contact numbers.
If you need our help and support in the branch, it is better to arrange it in advance. You can request a convenient time to meet with either our branch team (to talk about managing your money) or a mortgage adviser by simply clicking the links below.
All of our branches are Safe Spaces – please ask one of our colleagues in branch for a ‘Safe Space’ if you are suffering from Domestic Abuse. They’ll show you to one of our consultation rooms and provide you with the information you need for further support and assistance.
Our counter services are available Monday – Friday, until 4pm. (Please check with your local branch as hours may vary, each branch will display a poster confirming their opening hours.)
Saturday opening hours
Some branches open on a Saturday to offer support on your more complex enquiries, such as discussing accounts or specific help you may need with your finances. Many of these branches have automated cash and cheque deposit and cash machine facilities so our counter service will not be available on a Saturday. However, if you need help with any of these services please pop in and we will help you. You can check below for your local branch opening times and details of services available.
For the latest branch service information please visit our Branch Banking page.
