Registering for TSB Internet Banking is quick and easy. There are some important things you’ll need to do to keep things safe and secure, but if you follow our tips everything should go without a hitch.

Along with your personal details, you’ll need one of your TSB account numbers to hand.
To verify your identity, we may need to call you. Make sure you're able to answer a call to one of the telephone numbers that you have registered with us. If you do not have a registered telephone number, or if it has changed, please call us on 03459 758 758.
For security we may need to give you a call on one of the telephone numbers you registered with us, to check it’s really you.
Once you have registered and activated Internet Banking, you’ll be able to use our Mobile Banking App.
Just go to the TSB home page and click on the Log in button, then the register online link.
Enter your personal details, and your account number.
Then create a user ID, and password.
Double-check your details to avoid a delay in registration.

To keep your money safe, we’ll need to make sure it’s you who’s registering.
For security reasons, we verify your identity either by telephone or by post.
If you get an automated call from TSB you will be given clear instructions to follow. You will be prompted to enter a code that is displayed on the registration page. You can do this using your telephone keypad or voice recognition.
If we send you an activation code in the post, it can take up to five days to arrive. When it arrives just follow the simple steps in the accompanying letter and enter your activation code to complete your registration.
To finish your registration you’ll need to log into Internet Banking, enter the activation code and create your memorable information. The memorable information provides added security and you’ll need it every time that you log in.
Wait for your activation code to arrive in the post. If you request another activation code it will make the first one invalid.
Once you receive your user ID remember to keep it safe. You will need this every time that you log into Internet Banking.
