Over the course of the past month, TSB Intermediary has grown its support team to meet the demand generated for TSB mortgages by brokers across Britain. The Bank has hired an extra 55 new Partners as it continues to strengthen its presence in the intermediary market.
The roles are across broker facing teams, including the telephone support and mortgage processing teams which are based at TSB's Keypoint office in Bristol. This is the latest phase in TSB Intermediary's growth which has continued at pace since launching earlier in the year.
From the beginning, TSB has set out to be a different kind of intermediary lender and this commitment to service is already differentiating TSB Intermediary from other players in the market. The growth of TSB's key intermediary support teams reinforces this commitment to provide expert-to-expert service.
A successful six months
- January 2015 - TSB Intermediary opened its doors for the residential home buyer market.
- March 2015 - Residential mortgage range expanded to include remortgages.
- May 2015 - Buy to Let mortgages introduced through TSB Intermediary.
