120 new TSB jobs coming to Sheldon, Birmingham

TSB in Sheldon is growing with a total of 120 new jobs being created at its offices in Coventry Road.   The Bank aims to fill the vacancies over the next three months increasing its workforce in Sheldon to over 600.
 
The new jobs mean TSB can bring better banking to more people and provide fulfilling careers to more local people – helping the community to thrive. 
 
TSB is to hold an open event on Tuesday 4 July 2017 where anyone interested in applying will have the opportunity to find out more about the jobs available and, what it’s like to work at TSB. Interested applicants can just come along on the day between 4pm and 7pm to TSB’s offices at Ariel House, 2138 Coventry Road, Birmingham B26 3JW.  We recommend those attending, bring along a copy of their CV.

The roles  available are in TSB’s payments team where Partners help customers with CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payments, as well as International and Cheque transactions.  As well as answering customer enquiries and making important fraud checks, recruits will be responsible for making sure payments are made seamlessly to and from our customers’ accounts.
 
TSB’s Financial Crime Operations Team is responsible for protecting TSB and its customers from all types of financial crime.  The team performs comprehensive investigations, using advanced detection systems.
