Managing your standing orders

We know you wanted more flexibility in managing payments, so our new app allows you to set up and amend standing orders whenever and wherever you like.

standing order

Go to your account overview

After signing into the app, find your current account and tap on the blue panel to view the account details screen.

Find standing orders

Swipe left on the transactions list until you see your standing orders.
Tap on Set up standing order.

Complete all details

Enter details of how much you want to pay, the date of the first payment, how regularly you want to make a payment and any reference you want to attach.

Review and confirm

Double-check the information in the summary screen and tap Confirm.

Select a number for us to call

Pick from the numbers we have for you, tap Next and then Call me now.

Note authentication number

Remember the four digit number shown and when we call, start your keypad and enter the code.

Hang up

When you’re informed that it’s worked, you can hang up and return to the app.

Amend or cancel a
standing order

Go to your account overview

After signing into the app, find your current account and tap on the blue panel to view the account details screen.

Find standing orders

Swipe left on the transactions list until you see your standing orders. Tap the standing order you want to amend.

Select amend or delete

A pop up will ask whether you want to amend or delete the standing order. Select Amend to make changes or Delete to cancel it. If you're deleting, you can ignore the next step.

Make your amendments

Change the date of your payments, the frequency, amount or reference. You can edit as many of these details as you want. Tap Confirm.

Review and confirm

Double-check the information in the summary screen, enter your Internet Banking password and tap Confirm.
