About the video

Registering for Internet Banking is easy and should only take a few minutes. You should be able to log into Internet and Mobile Banking as soon as you've finished - just follow these three steps:

  1. Have your TSB account details to hand. You'll need the account number and sort code of one of your TSB accounts to register.

  2. Complete our short application form and choose your unique user ID and password - it should only take a few minutes.

  3. We'll call you to confirm it's you and may send you an activation code in the post for your added security. After we've completed our security checks, you'll be given 1 of 3 levels of Internet Banking access.

    • Full access - you will be able to log into your online bank and will be given full access to all services.

    • Lite access - you will be able to log in, but will only be able to view the services online and will need to wait for your activation to be sent to your home address to gain full access.

    • Deferred access - You will be given instant or deferred access dependant on our security checks to make sure it's you who's registering.
