Report a card loss or a suspicious email

  • If your card has been lost or stolen, you must call us immediately on:

  • If you think you've received a suspicious or fraudulent email, please forward it to:

    We will never send you an email asking for your security information or log on details, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information.

Order cards, PINs, cheque books and more

  • If your card is due to expire you should automatically receive a replacement one. If you have not received it, either:

    Log in to Internet Banking and in the 'Your account tools' section select 'Replacement cards and PINs'.  Log into Internet Banking

    If you've changed your address within the last three months you'll need to order your replacement debit card either in branch or by calling us on:

  • You can order a replacement card quickly and easily using our online form. Your new card will be posted to you within five working days.
