Getting Started

Thank you for opening a Premier Account. Below is some important information about your benefits and how to get the most value from them.

With your Premier Account, you have:

  • Worldwide Travel Insurance - with Family and Winter Sports cover under 80 years of age (under 65 years of age for Winter Sports if you have never participated in Winter Sports previously). If you or anyone covered under the policy has any existing medical conditions, and you wish to apply for cover for these conditions, please give us a call.
    To make a claim, all you need to do is call the Premier Membership Services number below.
  • AA Breakdown Cover - including Roadside Assistance, Relay, Home Start and Stay Mobile.
  • AA Home Emergency Cover - fast professional help for household emergencies.

Registering for your benefits
Although some of your benefits are automatic, there are some you need to register for. Registering for Mobile Phone Insurance and Sentinel® Card Protection is recommended as it will simplify the claims process. Call the Premier Banking Centre on
0345 975 8000 or register online for:

ID Aware
You will also need to register for ID Aware by filling out the registration form you will receive with your Welcome Pack within 15 days of opening your Premier Account. Once we have confirmed your identity you will receive your first credit report within 5 days.

  • Self-Service - take advantage of our Self Service to help manage your account.
  • Telephone Banking - call 03459 758758 24/7 for all your banking needs.
  • Mobile Banking - helps you to keep control of your finances when you're on the move. Access your UK personal current, savings and credit card accounts via our Mobile Banking app or via your mobile browser. You can also sign up for Text Alerts to help you keep an eye on your balance. We don't charge you to use Mobile Banking, but your mobile operator may charge for some services, so please check this with them.
  • You need to register for Internet Banking, Telephone Banking and Mobile Banking. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Find a Branch or a Cash Machine - need to locate a Branch or Cash Machine.
