Each year we encourage our branches to choose a new local charity partnership based on nominations received from customers, TSB Partners and general members of the public – including charities. Since 2015 we’ve partnered with nearly 1,000 local independent organisations. To find out who we’re currently supporting in your local community, look up your local TSB branch using our branch locator, or pop into your local branch now.
Nominations for our 2017-2018 Local Charity Partnership programme have now ended. To find out who the new Local Charity Partners are in your local community, look up your local TSB branch using our branch locator, or pop into your local branch now.
With every branch choosing a charity partner we get to hear about some great activity across the country. So we thought we’d share them with you.
If you want to get a better idea of what’s happening in your local branch, why not pop in and speak to one of our Partners or have a look at the local community board.

One of our mortgage advisors at our Irvine Branch bravely had a full chest wax, raising £477 for the Zak Scott Braveheart Foundation, which supports children and young people with heart disorders. The pain was worth it in the end!
Jameson Street Hull branch battled grey skies and drizzle during their 14-mile sponsored walk from Hornsea to Hull. The walk raised £560 with contributions from generous customers, colleagues, friends and family. Their charity partner, Special Times, provides a vital home-from-home specialist respite service in their local area.
If you happened to be passing our Horsham branch, you may have noticed some tantalising smells in the air. The Branch cooked up a storm selling cakes and other treats to raise £150 for The Springboard Project. The Project provides inclusive play and leisure opportunities for families with young children and fun short breaks for children and teenagers with disabilities.
Two of our partners from the Canterbury branch volunteered at The Umbrella Centre’s annual Christmas dinner, where they helped to serve 120 people from the local community. The Umbrella Centre focuses particularly on people with mental health issues. Our partners really enjoyed supporting the centre, helping to create happy memories at this special, but sometimes difficult time of year.
The Mortgage Intermediaries team in Central and South West spent a special day at Charlton Farm, a part of Children’s Hospice South West, tidying, redecorating and gardening in the hospice’s ‘sunken retreat’. Charton Farm prides itself on making the most of short and precious lives and raising a smile whenever they can, and the team were honoured to help.
