    2. Wait for a sign off form in the post or you can print the form off at the end of the process
    3. Sign the form and send back the signed form

    Once your access is all set up, we will send you a welcome letter in the post. Your card and card reader will arrive a few days later.

    We'll ask you to use your card reader two ways when you're online. To help confirm your identity you'll need to use the 'Identify' function. When authorising payments you'll need to use the 'Sign' function.

    We will never call you, to ask for any Identify or Sign codes from your card and reader.
