If you already have a personal Internet Banking logon then you can access your Business Banking but only with Lite access (view only).

We’ll ask you to use your card reader two ways when you’re online. To help confirm your identity you’ll need to use the ‘Identify’ function. When authorising payments you’ll need to use the ‘Sign’ function.
We will never call you, to ask for any Identify or Sign codes from your card and reader.
