We are continually improving our branch environment to make it more accessible to customers with disabilities. Adjustments we are making include installing ramps, clearer signage and the installation of power-assisted doors.
Steps are unavoidable at some branches so 'Call Assistance' bell systems have been installed to enable customers to call a member of staff.
Where branches have split-level banking halls, we provide internal ramps or wheelchair lifts.
Low-level counters and counter queue rails
Lower-level writing surfaces are being provided at an increasing number of our counters and all branches have counter queuing rails.
We are reviewing the location of our cash machines and wherever possible repositioning them to enable wheelchair access. We take ease of access into account when positioning all new cash machines, both in and off branch location.
To help make it easier for you to manage finances at your convenience, we offer a number of ways for you to access your accounts, whether it's in one of our branches, by telephone or online.
Internet Banking is a convenient and easy way to keep in touch with your accounts whenever you like.
